1. What are the hours of operations at DIVA Dumps, LLC?
Service hours are Monday - Friday from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm.
2. How do I calculate the potential tonnage for a construction project?
Calculating the potential total project tonnage can be tricky, based upon the project type (i.e. multi-family construction, K-12 construction in the education space, health and life sciences, civil and public works, industrial, or even office towers.) DIVA Dumps, LLC is often consulted to calculate total tonnage and dumpster pull/return calculations, because of our deep expertise in having worked on projects in every sector.
The general calculation is based upon multiples of three to four different variables (i.e. square feet, total buildable area and/or footprint, space use case as in office, retail, residential living, entertainment, etc.)
Based upon these variables, we can deliver a precise cost baseline for project owners to calcuate the "Total Cost" of logistics and waste management solutions. 4. How do I recycle drywall? Clean concrete? Other construction debris?
DIVA Dumps, LLC has contracts with several specialty landfill or trasnfer stations, specifically intended to facilitate carbon reduction and CO2 Gas reduction on construction projects. Simply contact our operations department directly at (704) 360-8097 to discuss the pricing and process by which we can serve your recyling and construction diversion project needs. There are several locations throughout the southeast region of the United States that process clean drywall, clean concrete and specialty construction debris, for environmental impact purposes.
5. What are the dumpster sizes available for various projects?
Dumpster sizes vary by service and by area and by project needs. The majority of commercial construction projects require 20 Yard or 30 Yard open top dumpsters. Health and Life Sciences projects (i.e. hospitals, and urgent care facilities) may require 40 Yard Compactor dumpsters. Mutlifamily, restaurant and some retail locations may require front and/or side loader solid waste dumpsters styles. 6. What does the base rental rate include for dumpster rentals?
Depending on the breadth and scope of the project, and whether or not the project requires both portable toilet and dumpsters; we sometimes offer the first 2 tons of debris for free, and 1 weekly service for free with the rental of portable toilets.
